56th GRADESE SONG FESTIVAL

26 OCTOBER 2024 - at 9.00 pm

Regional Congress Palace, Grado

Ticket pre-sale: Tuesday 22 October and Thursday 24 October from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Ricreatorio Spes and Friday 25 and Saturday 26 October from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Palazzo Regionale dei Congressi (Regional Congress Palace).

For over 70 years (since 1946), Grado has been enhancing the Grado dialect through an event that has now become a consolidated tradition.

The Festival della Canzone Gradese (Grado Song Festival) aims to give all lovers of dialect music a moment of singing tradition.

Great attention is paid to young singers and authors.

Every year, Gradese singers and artists, both established and newcomers, perform and compete on the Festival stage. A different way to promote dialect, a heritage of high historical, artistic and cultural value.

The selected songs are:

  • 'na vita drento le cansón - lyrics by Luca Pastoricchio and music by Antonio and Luca Pastoricchio;
  • Al tenpo de vive domàn - lyrics by Lucio Penso and music by Nicky Grigolon;
  • Al tenpo no pòl fermâsse - lyrics by Gian Marchesan and music by Sebastiano Corbatto (Seba);
  • Comò un vanpìro lyrics and music by Andrea Marchesan;
  • Dime de sì - lyrics and music by Filippo Fabris;
  • La Nova Atlantide lyrics and music by Marta Chiusso;
  • Reganàsso - lyrics and music by Gian Nicola Corbatto;
  • Tranpulìn - lyrics and music by Stefano Dovier and Alessandro Marchesan;
  • Sans Souci lyrics and music by Marta Chiusso.

The two reserve songs* are:
Reggaeton de sabiòn and Nina nana per un amòr.

This year's novelty is represented by the fact that on the same evening of the festival, three children's songs will be performed by a choir, specially constituted for the occasion, in order to resume the musical initiative known as Conchiglia d'Oro (Golden Shell), aimed at young people, which had not taken place for over twenty years.

The selected songs are:

  • Parola mageca - lyrics by Giovanni Marchesan "Stiata" and music by Marta Chiusso;
  • Al carachì - lyrics and music by Luciano Cicogna;
  • Varvuòle 2015 - lyrics by Fabio Marchesini and music by Riccardo Gordini.

The prize to be awarded by the jury of quality, the organisers intend to name it this year after Luciano "Siego" Facchinetti, author and interpreter of memorable musical compositions in Gradese dialect, who recently passed away.
