Beach body workout

Every day, from 16 May to 12 September, come and try the fitness/workout on the beach GIT by ASD Kite Life Grado.
This is a free-body aerobic workout that does not involve the use of weights, the load will be given only by your own body weight. The lesson will last one hour and will be divided into an initial warm-up, a technical part of the exercises and a final circuit.
The training is group-based, it changes every session, and is suitable for everyone! It is up to the instructor to adapt the exercises to the athlete. Through this training we develop motor skills, such as:
- Coordination;
- Balance;
- Agility;
- Quickness;
- Strength;
- Resistance;
- Etc
It will also improve cardiovascular capacity, helping the body to burn fat!
Price: 10 € (3 people); 15 € (2 people); 20 € (1 person).
Opening hours: by reservation only, from 9 am to 7 pm

Acrobatics on the beach

Every day, from 16 May to 12 September, come and try the acrobatic lesson on the GIT beach organised byASD Kite Life Grado.
This is a recreational sporting activity suitable for everyone that involves training to strengthen and improve your body coordination and develop basic acrobatic skills.
The lesson will last one hour and the activity will be developed as follows:
- warm-up consisting of a cardio workout;
- basic acrobatics (flips, cartwheels, handstands, and more advanced elements if necessary);
- concluding stretching.
Price: 45 € (3 people); 40 € (2 people); 35 € (1 person).
Opening hours: by reservation only, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
