Palagym Wellness Island

Keeping fit is important and helps you feel good about yourself. Even on holiday, when time can be used as we like, we can find the ideal space where we can exercise and keep fit.
At the Terme Marine Palagym Wellness Island, there is a weight room equipped for all types of training. Activities are supervised by certified instructors to ensure professionalism and competence in identifying and achieving goals. The instructors are also qualified to conduct PT (personal training) classes, suitable for those who want to get the most out of their session!
The gym is open at the following times:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
- Wednesday and Thursday afternoons: from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Bike excursion - urban tour

Position: Punto di ritrovo Spiaggia Principale GIT
Every Monday from 16th May to 26th September come and discover the beauties of the Isola del Sole on your bike, thanks to an amusing tour through the main places of the “Mitteleuropean Grado”.
- 10.00 a.m. Departure from the GIT beach main entrance (viale Dante Alighieri n.70)
- Itinerary: viale Regina Elena - piazza Biagio Marin - piazza Duca d'Aosta - via Marchesini - via Milano - Costa Azzurra beach - Ospizio Marino - Porto Mandracchio - cycle path on the lagoon side - Grado Pineta - cycle path towards Città Giardino - viale Italia/Hotel Argentina - Parco delle Rose and back to the starting point.
- 12.00 p.m. conclusion of the tour
Minimum 1, maximum 15 people.

PRICE: 5 € adults; 3 € children 12-17 years; free for children 0-11 years
In case of rain, the excursion is cancelled
Reservations must be made by 12.00 noon on Friday.
Please arrive in good physical and mental condition, with appropriate clothing and equipment for the tour. If you have any doubts, check with the organisation before the day of the hike.
The use of masks and provisions for the prevention of Covid-19 refer to current legislation (in Italian).

During the activities, photos and videos may be taken; if you do not wish to be filmed, please let us know before starting the activity and fill out the consent form attached below.
