Leading the gourmands in the discovery of the secrets of these traditional desserts will be Austrian master pastry chef Josef Hassler. State and national pastry champion in 1972, when he was just 18 years old, he participated in the World Pastry Championships in Las Vegas in 2002. He was also the author of a pastry manual and the Pastry Chef's Encyclopaedia. A true master of dessert, he is ready to unveil all the mysteries of a perfect apple strudel and an unbeatable Sacher Torte.
