On Sunday 20 September, the traditional Cimento di Chiusura returns – the sailing regatta organised by the Italian Naval League – Grado Branch, which symbolically marks the end of the sailing season.
This is now a well-established event for the boat-owning members of the Grado branch, who will gather at sea to share one last day of sailing in the spirit of sport, a passion for the sea and seafaring tradition.
The sailing event will start at 12.30 pm and will take place in the stretch of sea between the Grado outer breakwater and the Porto Buso outer breakwater, along a fixed-point course of approximately 8 nautical miles.
The event is open exclusively to boat-owning members and registered members of the Italian Naval League – Grado Branch who meet the specified requirements. Participating boats will be divided into groups based on their overall length.
REGISTRATION
Registrations must be made via the FIV Portal by midnight on Friday 18 September, attaching the documentation specified in the Regatta Notice.
The entry fee is 30 euros.
At the end of the event, at approximately 6.00 pm, the prize-giving ceremony will take place at the headquarters of the Italian Naval League – Grado Branch, followed by a social gathering.
