Every Friday evening in October and November, Boreto Mania returns!

The Boreto a la graisana, is an ancient and unique dish, accompanied with polenta made with white maize, characterised by the simplicity of its ingredients: fresh fish, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and vinegar.

Dinner with tasting menu:

  • Boreto de basi (peverasse, small clams)

  • Boreto de capelonghe (razor clams / cappelunghe)

  • Boreto de canoce (mantis shrimp)

  • Boreto de rombo

All dishes will be served with polenta.
