Chalet Dolomiti – Mid-August: the flavours of the mountains come to Grado’s beach

On Saturday 15 August, the Chalet Dolomiti – Mid-August event returns to Grado’s Costa Azzurra beach: a day dedicated to bringing together the authentic flavours of the Dolomites and the unique atmosphere of the seaside.

Saturday 15 August sees the return of Chalet Dolomiti – Ferragosto to Grado’s Costa Azzurra beach, a day dedicated to bringing together the authentic flavours of the Dolomites and the unique atmosphere of the seaside.

From 11.00 to 21.00, the Tivoli beach club will be serving a sumptuous menu inspired by mountain traditions, accompanied by music and entertainment for a Ferragosto filled with flavour and fun.

  • Eggs, speck and potatoes

  • Tagliatelle with wild boar

  • Risotto with mushrooms and sausage

  • Dolomite-style burger

  • Wiener Schnitzel

  • Goulash

  • Skier’s platter

Luca Perso’s DJ set, straight from the Murin in Corvara, will liven up the day, whilst the event’s theme will be the Vintage Ski Party, with a dress code inspired by the world of skiing from days gone by.
