At the Amadeus Wine Bar, the appointment with the great wines of Castello di Spessa returns, protagonists of an evening dedicated to the authentic flavours of our territory.
A sensory journey through the nuances of Friuli, where you will taste three labels of excellence:
Perté - a sparkling Ribolla Gialla, lively and fragrant, perfect for starting with an elegant note;
Rassauer - a mineral and persistent Friulano, born in the renowned hills of Collio;
Joy - a copper-coloured wine with a strong character, structured and fascinating, for those who love whites with an extra kick.
Each glass will be accompanied by three gourmet fish-based canapés, designed to enhance every nuance of flavour.
All this in the refined setting of the Wine Bar Amadeus, in the heart of the historic centre of Grado, where elegance and hospitality reign supreme.
