Forest Bathing

Autumn has begun; nature is changing its colours, taking on warm, cosy shades ranging from red to brown. It is the time when nature’s pace slows down and everything slows down with it. Let’s follow suit: let’s slow down, breathe and observe. It’s the perfect time to practise Forest Bathing! A practice that originated in Japan, the name literally means ‘immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the forest’.

Venue: Riserva naturale Valle Cavanata, Casa Spina.
