GIT Beach Games – Summer Edition 2026

From 4 to 9 August 2026, Grado’s GIT Beach will host the Beach Games – Summer Edition 2026, six days dedicated to sport, fun and the chance to get active by the sea.

The event showcases the new sports facilities at GIT Beach, a go-to destination for those wishing to enjoy the beach in an active way. In addition to areas dedicated to relaxation, the beach offers numerous facilities designed for sports and leisure enthusiasts: three beach volleyball courts available free of charge, two bocce courts, a mini-football pitch for children and two padel courts, available by booking.

The Beach Games are the perfect opportunity to discover these facilities through amateur tournaments open to everyone, in an atmosphere of camaraderie and fair play.

PROGRAMME:

Beach Volleyball

4 and 7 August

4.30 pm – 6.30 pm

• Match format: 4-a-side

• Two 20-minute halves

• Maximum 16 participants (4 teams of 4 players)

Beach Football

5 and 8 August

4.30 pm – 6.30 pm

• Match format: 4-a-side

• Two 15-minute halves

• Maximum 16 participants (4 teams of 4 players)

Beach Padel

6 and 9 August

4.00 pm – 7.00 pm

• Match format: 2-a-side

• Two 15-minute sets

• Maximum 8 pairs

Participation pack and prizes

All participants will receive a pack comprising a personalised rucksack, technical vest and microfibre towel, as well as other goodies.

The winners will be awarded the official Beach Games medal, Decathlon discount vouchers, an official photo and a feature on the social media channels of Made in Spiaggia and GIT Experience.

The sports areas at GIT Beach

The sports areas are available to guests throughout the summer season and include:

• 3 beach volleyball courts for free use, ideal for matches with friends and training sessions;

• 2 padel courts, available by booking;

• 2 bocce courts, perfect for matches between families and groups of friends;

• 1 mini-football pitch, dedicated to younger children.
