Venue: Litorale di Grado
The skies above Grado are set to host one of the most eagerly awaited events of the season: on Sunday 7 June 2026, the Grado Airshow returns, a spectacular air show that will bring the coast to life from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
Organised in collaboration with the Municipality of Grado, GIT spa, the Aero Club of Italy and the Italian Air Force, the event will bring a series of spectacular displays to the sea, sure to captivate adults and children alike.
The undisputed stars will be the Frecce Tricolori, the National Aerobatic Team, which will paint the sky with its iconic green, white and red trails, offering a show of great visual and emotional impact.
Alongside them, the public will be able to watch the manoeuvres of CAP 231, featuring an Italian freestyle aerobatics champion, and the performances of other teams and pilots, who will perform high-precision manoeuvres and breathtaking aerial displays:

The Grado Airshow offers a unique opportunity to experience the coastline from a different perspective, with the sea and sky merging into a dynamic and captivating spectacle, transforming the beach into a vast open-air auditorium.
To mark the Grado Air Show 2026, certain temporary restrictions on navigation, bathing and road traffic are in place to ensure the smooth running of the event and public safety. These restrictions will also apply to the dress rehearsals on Saturday 6 June.
Restrictions at sea
Saturday 6 June 2026 (dress rehearsals), from 14.30 to 16.30 (or until the end of the rehearsals).
Sunday 7 June 2026 (event), from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm (or until the end of the Air Show).
In the sea area in front of the Main Beach and the Nazario Sauro Promenade, the following will be prohibited:
sailing;
anchoring or mooring boats;
swimming;
diving;
fishing;
carrying out any other activity at sea, whether on the surface or underwater.
The affected area will be clearly marked and must be completely cleared of boats and swimmers before the start of the rehearsals and the event.
Traffic changes
No parking
On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June, from 8.00 am until the end of the trials and the event, a no-parking order with compulsory removal will be in force on the following streets:
Via Guglielmo Marconi, on the section between Riva Scipio Slataper and Viale Dante Alighieri;
Via Enrico Fermi, on the section between Riva Ugo Foscolo and Viale Argine dei Moreri.
Furthermore, on Sunday 7 June only, from 8.00 am until the end of the event, a no-parking zone with vehicles towed away will also be in force:
on the internal road of the Parco delle Rose, adjacent to the Palazzo Regionale dei Congressi, in the direction of Viale Italia.
Traffic restrictions
Saturday 6 June from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm
Sunday 7 June from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm (and in any case until the end of the event)
All vehicles will be prohibited from passing through, with the exception of emergency services, rescue vehicles, law enforcement, civil protection and event organisation vehicles, on the following roads:
Via Guglielmo Marconi, on the section between Riva Scipio Slataper and Viale Dante Alighieri;
Via Enrico Fermi, on the section between Riva Ugo Foscolo and Viale Argine dei Moreri.
On Sunday 7 June only, from 3.30 pm until the end of the event, the traffic ban will also be extended to:
the internal road of the Parco delle Rose adjacent to the Palazzo Regionale dei Congressi;
Via Galileo Galilei (excluding vehicles coming from Via Carducci and heading towards Riva Scipio Slataper);
Viale Argine dei Moreri, on the section between Via Galileo Galilei and Via Amerigo Vespucci.
Vehicles coming from the urban pedestrian area and heading towards Via Galileo Galilei will be diverted along the following route: Via Cristoforo Colombo – Via Giosuè Carducci – Via Galileo Galilei – Riva Scipio Slataper.
Access to homes
Subject to safety requirements and the progress of the event, residents and those with a registered address in the affected streets will be permitted to pass through solely to reach their private properties.
Useful advice
To attend the Air Show, we recommend that you:
arrive at the seafront areas in good time;
use bicycles and footpaths where possible;
pay attention to temporary signage and instructions provided by event staff;
avoid stopping in restricted areas.
The event takes place along the entire Grado coastline and can be viewed from various points on the beach and the Lungomare Nazario Sauro. Admission is free.
