Every Thursday at 8.30 pm, the Darsena San Marco hosts Lagoon Yoga Practice, an event dedicated to wellbeing and relaxation in a truly picturesque setting. The class takes place on the sun deck overlooking the lagoon, where the colours of the sunset and the tranquillity of the water create the ideal atmosphere for a rejuvenating session, perfect for anyone wishing to enjoy a moment of balance between body and mind.
The initiative, organised in collaboration with Dance All Day Grado, runs until the end of August and is open to everyone, whether you practise yoga regularly or are trying it for the first time.
