An exhibition of bronze sculptures, drawings, educational panels and period documents such as photographs, letters and publications.
The exhibition focuses on two leading figures in 20th-century art and poetry: Marcello Mascherini, born in Udine but based in Trieste, is one of Italy's greatest sculptors, while Biagio Marin is a dialect poet, writer and intellectual from Grado.
On display are emblematic sculptures, drawings and portraits of the poets Biagio Marin and Giuseppe Ungaretti, educational panels on the sculptor's work and themes dear to him, as well as publications, photographs and period documents, including original letters from the poet to the sculptor.
