Grado is gearing up to host one of the season’s most eagerly awaited musical events: Friday 17 July 2026 at 9.00 pm, the Parco delle Rose will host a concert by Planet Funk, one of the leading names on the global Italian dance and electronic music scene.
The event is part of the programme for “Grado Summer Surprises”, a festival designed for audiences of all ages, which will bring music, entertainment and thrills to the ‘Island of the Sun’ in one of the town’s most picturesque locations.
For over 25 years, Planet Funk have been one of Italy’s most internationally acclaimed musical acts, thanks to an unmistakable style that blends electronic music, dance, rock and international influences. With millions of streams and performances at major European festivals, the group has left its mark on entire generations with iconic hits such as “Chase The Sun”, “Inside All The People”, “Who Said (Stuck in the UK)” and “The Switch”.
The band will be stopping off in Grado as part of the highly anticipated “BLOOOOM European Tour”, a thrilling show that will take the audience on a musical journey through their greatest hits and new tracks from their album of original songs, “BLOOOOM”. A show bursting with energy, groove and emotion, set against the magical backdrop of a summer evening under the stars.
