The highlight of the musical summer in Grado is scheduled for Thursday 17 July, with the eagerly awaited concert by maestro Uto Ughi, one of Italy's greatest violinists, who will perform in the splendid setting of the Basilica of Sant'Eufemia.
He will be accompanied by the Venice Strings Orchestra in a performance of Antonio Vivaldi's famous “Four Seasons”, an absolute masterpiece of the Baroque repertoire that continues to fascinate audiences of all ages.
The event, which is free to attend, has been made possible thanks to the support of the Municipality of Grado and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, confirming their commitment to promoting the cultural and artistic heritage of the area.
Given the large number of people expected to attend, booking is required via the parish's official website: www.chiesagrado.org
Uto Ughi's concert is not only an event of exceptional musical value, but also an opportunity to reaffirm Grado's central role in the regional summer events calendar.
The entire “Musica a 4 Stelle” festival will then continue with other prestigious international ensembles and artists.
