Every Thursday evening at 8.00 pm, at the Tivoli beach club, you can book your place for a class overlooking the sea, listening to the sound of the waves, which is louder at that time of day due to the breeze. Hatha Yoga is a lively style that promotes mobility and fluidity of the body, ending with relaxation lying on the sand, breathing and improving your state of mind. Yoga also:

All classes require advance booking. We recommend bringing a large towel instead of a yoga mat for the session, as well as water. For evening classes, we recommend bringing a jumper or something to cover up with. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Booking is mandatory and requires advance payment of the fee. All events are organised for a minimum of 4 people. The association reserves the right to change the organisation of events depending on weather and sea conditions.
