The culinary offerings celebrate the typical flavours of Grado and its sea: brodetto alla gradese (fish soup), sarde in saor (sardines in sauce), seppie in umido con polenta (stewed cuttlefish with polenta), risotto di pesce (fish risotto) and boreto alla graisana (fish soup), prepared with selected ingredients and according to traditional recipes. Alongside the fish dishes, there are selected meats, gourmet pizzas made with light dough and quality ingredients, and homemade desserts to end the meal on a sweet note.
A complete experience ranging from the Aperisole gradese – a convivial moment with fish tastings and glasses of DOC wine – to tasting menus and seasonal offerings, designed to enhance the aromas and products of the territory.
