Located in the historic centre of Grado, In Stralonga is a cosy little restaurant run by Alessandro and Alessandra, who have chosen to create a simple yet stylish venue inspired by the colours of the sea.
The atmosphere is informal, cheerful and friendly: here, guests are welcomed warmly and can immediately feel at ease, just like at home. The kitchen’s philosophy is based on simple dishes, rooted in tradition and the quality of the ingredients, with a particular focus on seafood and local specialities.
The menu offers a wide selection of seafood starters, traditional first courses, seafood specialities and a few meat dishes, including octopus with potatoes, sardines in savour, spaghetti with clams, spaghetti with seafood and the typical cuttlefish stew with polenta, one of the signature dishes of Grado’s cuisine. The mixed fried fish and grilled squid are also very popular.
Alongside traditional cuisine, the restaurant also offers carefully prepared pizza, as well as fresh salads, side dishes and homemade desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta and crema catalana.
