From summer 2026, the Peres family will be expanding the range of services offered by “Il Prosciuttaio” with a new venture to complement the Piccolo Bar and the Prosciutteria: Il Prosciuttaio – La Bottega, a gourmet food and delicatessen shop in the heart of Grado.
Located within the Galleria Esplanade, with access from both Viale Dante Alighieri and Viale Regina Elena, La Bottega is just a short walk from the GIT – Settimo Cielo beach and is designed for those seeking flavour, quality and convenience at any time of day.
The star of the show is the well-stocked deli counter, featuring ready-made dishes, local specialities, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses. The range also includes fresh bread, cakes and pastries, seasonal fruit and vegetables, pasta, rice, biscuits, jams, wines, grappas and numerous other high-quality packaged food products.
La Bottega is the ideal choice for both lunch and dinner: you can stop by and eat in, or opt for takeaway – perfect for a quick lunch to take to the beach, a picnic or a dinner to enjoy at your leisure wherever you prefer.
A new venue from Il Prosciuttaio, where you’ll find the same meticulous attention to product selection that characterises the Peres family’s other businesses, with a versatile concept suited to both visitors to Grado and those who live on the island all year round.
