For Easter lunch 2026, the Grand Hotel Astoria offers a lavish hot and cold buffet featuring a selection of seafood and meat dishes, including octopus salad, prawns with asparagus, Catalan-style lobster, sardines in savour, salmon, scallops au gratin and lamb chops. This will be followed by dishes served at the table, such as potato and white asparagus soup, a timbale of crepes with speck and Asiago cheese, a first course featuring various asparagus dishes, and a main course of herb-crusted lamb roll. The lunch concludes with a dessert buffet and homemade Easter colomba cake. Price: €70 per person (excluding drinks), €40 for children up to 10 years old.

Offers an Easter menu that combines creativity and technique, showcasing seasonal produce with a contemporary approach. The meal begins with a fried egg accompanied by truffle-infused Jerusalem artichoke and black cabbage, followed by an 18-month-aged Carnaroli risotto, enriched with asparagus, broad beans and peas. Next comes a Sorrento lemon sgroppino with Centenario balsamic vinegar from Modena, before the main course of Villeroy-style lamb. The menu concludes with a homemade colomba cake reinterpreted in a modern style. The cost is €55 per person for bookings made by 23 March 2026, and €65 thereafter. A four-wine tasting can be paired with the meal for €16.Booking recommended.
