 Menu: 

  • Courgette and blue crab pancakes on smoked mozzarella;
  • Blue crab salad with pomegranate mayonnaise, warm pan brioches and red onion marmalade;
  • Small blue crab casserole on chestnut cream, Sauris pork cheek crisps and confit cherry tomatoes; 
  • Ribbon noodles with blue crab Busara style;
  • Sorbet with mandarin and "Amaro Nonino";
  • Ravioli filled with red radicchio from Treviso with blue crab and chanterelle sauce;
  • Apple strudel with vanilla sauce and pumpkin sorbet from the ‘Antoniazzi’ ice cream parlour in Grado.
