  • Crostino with butter and Osvaldo lard paired with a Reserve de Chateaux Pey La Tour;
  • Beef goulash paired with a St. Emilion Grand Cru Lamarzelle Figeac;
  • Venison stew flavoured with Barolo, paired with a Rosso RiservaRenato Keber;
