After four successful editions, the only marathon in Friuli Venezia Giulia in 2025 has changed its name and become the MYTHO SUNSET RUN, an event open to everyone and for charitable purposes.
On Saturday, 6 June 2026, at 6 p.m., the MYTHO SUNSET RUN returns to Grado, the new non-competitive run/walk for charity that offers a spectacular route, made even more evocative by the lights of the sunset.
An event open to everyone, offering a unique experience combining sport, nature and excitement.
Participants will be able to cover 12 km immersed in the enchanting landscape of the Grado Lagoon, crossing the historic Valli di Pesca and arriving at the Residence Punta Spin, where a rich and festive post-race party will await them.
You don't need to be an athlete: all you need to participate is a little goodwill, a pair of comfortable shoes (or, if you prefer, walking poles) and the desire to have fun together. The important thing is to share the magic of the sunset and the positive energy of this initiative.
The post-race event, held at the welcoming Residence Punta Spin, will offer music, conviviality and moments of relaxation to end the day in the best possible way.
The MYTHO SUNSET RUN is also a charity event: part of the proceeds will be donated to support Lucyland, the first inclusive playground in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a project that promotes integration and accessibility for all children.
