The well-equipped beach is renowned for its top quality services and the attention paid to the safety of its youngest guests: spending your holidays in Grado is beautiful at all times of the year and you’ll get the impression of reliving the pleasures of the Hapsburg aristocracy, who used to come here to bathe and visit the Marine Thermal Baths from the beginning of the nineteenth century.
The strong point of the Marine Thermal Baths in Grado - immersed in an extraordinary marine climate - is thalassotherapy, which uses the beneficial properties of sea water to cleanse, firm and restore the balance of your body.
The Marine Thermal Baths offer hydrotherapies, including baths, aerosol, inhalation, nebulisation and insufflations, manual and mechanical physiotherapy. In addition, they offer heliotherapy and psamma therapy, the so-called sand bath, which is the oldest, most characteristic thermal treatment at the thermal baths.
Guests also have two heated sea water swimming pools, one dedicated to free swimming with water at 31°C, the other with water at 32°C, equipped with a coordinated hydro-massage system, ideal for relaxing in. You can pamper yourself at the wellbeing centre, with massages and aesthetic treatments in the warm area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna and whirlpool tub, or you can do physical activity at the fitness centre.
