Grado Attivo is a commercial srl present in Grado since many years; thanks to the experience gained in the organization of events, it provides a qualified support to public and private structures in the tourist field and it promotes summer recreational-sport activities and targeted events that take place on the beaches of the Isola del Sole (for example Foot Golf, Marcia del Panettone, etc).
Besides organizing events, the company is active in the fitness and sport animation sector; at the Terme Marine gym, Grado Attivo organizes fitness courses, free body training, functional training, Nordic walking and running. The weight room is equipped for all types of training, from postural strengthening linked to painful situations (pre- and post-operative) to general physical preparation for sport, passing through classic fitness. Activities are always supervised by specialised and certified instructors/athletes, ensuring professionalism and competence in identifying and achieving participants' personal goals. The instructors are also qualified to run PT (personal training) classes, suitable for those who want to get the most out of their session!
Through the GymTrainer App (after registering by sending your name, surname and email address via SMS or WhatsApp to the following number +39 340 4916838), you can book your training session. The gym is open every day, including Sundays, with the following opening hours:
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm
- Tuesday and Friday from 08.30 to 19.00
- Saturday from 09.00 to 16.30
- Sunday from 09.30 to 12.00
At the thermal pool, on the other hand, AcquaMotricità and AcquaFitness group courses are regularly held; it is also possible to participate in the following activities:
- Acqua FIT, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08.30 to 09.30; postural training in sea water heated to 31.5° for muscle strengthening and joint reinforcement.
- Acqua HIIT, Tuesdays and Fridays from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm; performance training in water based on rapid sequences, aimed at muscle strengthening and the development of special coordination skills.
- Acqua GYM, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 08.30 to 09.30; muscular fitness session suitable for those who want to have fun training to the rhythm of music.
