In 2024 the Consorzio Grado Turismo presents a new initiative: "Cinewave - a wave of cinematic emotions in Grado Pineta", a summer adventure that will turn the nights of Grado Pineta into a stage under the stars! One Friday a month (28 June, 19 July, 16 August and 13 September) where the beach will light up with stories and cinematic adventures with the background of the waves of the sea, at the "Costa del Sol" beach establishment.
This project was born from a dream: to enrich the summer of Grado Pineta with something unique, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of cinema with a special focus on the theme of the sea and holidays. Each evening will be a different journey, a film selected to involve, excite and entertain, creating a bridge between the local community and the visitors who every year choose Grado for their holidays. The experience will be even more special thanks to the use of wifi headsets that will allow different language options for the audio playback of the film, allowing everyone, Italians and foreigners alike, to enjoy the screenings in an inclusive and personalised way. A unique atmosphere, where the whisper of the sea and the evening breeze will merge with the magic of the big screen. The event is designed for everyone, families and young people alike, offering a new cultural meeting point that promotes positive interaction between those who live in this enchanting location and those who visit it.
The event is free of charge but the number of headsets is limited (200 p.) so to participate you must book by writing to experience@grado.it or calling +39 0431 80383.
