SUP is short for Stand up paddle, a sport suitable for everyone that allows you to enjoy a walk on lakes, rivers or the sea and to train in the water while standing on a board and paddling. Born in Hawaii to transport people and things from one island to another, it landed in Italy a few years ago and in a short time the number of those who practice it has grown exponentially.
