The project is designed for bike lovers who want to discover better the enchanting Friulian hinterland but who do not want to give up the pleasure of a boat trip and the fun of a bike ride. Here is the complete itinerary.
The Grado Turismo Consortium will provide a free cycling guide that will guide you during your boat trip and during your return from Marano Lagunare to Grado, along the 35 km that separate the two picturesque seaside villages.
- Meeting in Grado at the Torpediniere Pier at 10.00 a.m. with departure at 10.15 a.m;
- Arrival in Marano Lagunare 12.15 pm --> visit of the old town, lunch break: packed lunch or menu at a restaurant (first or second course of meat, side dish, 1/2 water, glass of wine 10 €; first or second course of fish, side dish, 1/2 water, glass of wine 15 €; busara, 1/2 squid, side dish, 1/2 water, glass of wine 20 €)
- 2.00 pm departure towards Grado with a short stop in Torviscosa, Strassoldo and Aquileia;
- Return to Grado scheduled at 18.00.
