A complex of 5 villas dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, completely renovated, which keep alive the charm of a bygone era.

Cosy atmosphere: the rooms and flats are a true haven of comfort and style. Every detail, from the Biedermeier-style furnishings to the fine fabrics, offers an unparalleled experience. There is a cosy feeling of space, brightness and warmth thanks to the spaciousness of the volumes, the height of the ceilings, the light colours and the extensive use of cherry wood. The 13 flats in the Residence Villa Spiaggia and our rooms are available with balcony and/or sea view, to enjoy a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea, offer spacious bathrooms and are equipped with every comfort: heating, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV and mini bar.

The villas are set in a park of about one hectare, on the one hand shaded by imposing century-old pine trees, close to the pedestrian area of Grado, and on the other facing the sea. In the summer months breakfast is served in the garden, where it is also possible to relax in the shade of the plants and enjoy a pleasant aperitif at sunset. The entire area is fenced off and monitored day and night.

Villa Stella Maris is the main villa, where the reception, spacious lobby and restaurant are located.

Our restaurant represents culinary excellence by the sea. Chef Fabio Gregori's fish cuisine will provide you with memorable gastronomic experiences. Enjoy at any time, all the flavour of the seafood menu (but not only) with special attention to the enhancement of local products, immersed in a unique and refined atmosphere. After dinner, move to our Garden Bar located in the garden and relax with some live music while sipping a drink or a digestif overlooking the fascinating Bianchi Villas.

To complete your experience, try our wellness area: an oasis of relaxation, where you can immerse yourself in the Finnish sauna to eliminate toxins and find maximum relaxation, try our emotional showers that will pamper you with chromotherapy and aromatherapy, enjoy massages and rejuvenating treatments in an atmosphere of tranquillity and refinement.

Pets are welcome and will be welcomed with a pet kit (a bag containing everything you need for your 4-legged friends: small water bowl, walking bags and a tasty snack) just for them!

In addition, not far from the hotel is the 'Lido di Fido', a special beach area, equipped to welcome animals. There is a comfortable beach umbrella with deckchair and sunbed, complete with dog bed, bowl, dogtoilet and shower. There is also a large tree-lined car park and a large exercise area. Dogs have access to the sea.
