The Marina House of the Tenuta Primero, open all year round, is located inside the Marina Primero tourist port, about 7 km from the centre of Grado, and has 10 finely furnished rooms, with a total of 20 beds. The hotel is provided with a private beach, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer season), a parking space for each room, and various services for "sports and relax" lovers: an 18-hole golf course, a gym, a tennis court, a kitesurfing school, as well as a convenient bicycle and e-bike rental service. You can also benefit from a variety of massages and taste the delicacies of the Al Casone Restaurant, open for lunch and dinner (on request).
