Overlooking the Lagoon, guests at the Darsena are enraptured by the serene dimension that instils tranquillity and wellbeing, far from the stresses of everyday life. The facility offers 120 berths on both floating and fixed piers for boats up to 18 metres long. With the adjoining boatyard, it carries out common maintenance, moving a travel lift, a trolley and the rubber-tired crane with which it offers the dry marina and crane pass service for day trips.
The bar and restaurant-pizzeria, with an annual licence and a large dedicated car park, has a large terrace with a wide and suggestive view of sunsets over the lagoon. A nautical upholstery shop also operates adjacent to the restaurant.
Guests at the Darsena San Marco also benefit from a panoramic solarium, two electric car recharging stations, a Yacht Chandler for the purchase of nautical equipment and accessories, and an ecological island for the disposal of boat waste.
At the head of the pier, along the Litoranea Veneta, there is the only nautical fuel station for Grado, suitable for supplying large boats that are unable to pass under the bridge of State Road 352. On the first floor of the building is the Darsena Reception and the offices of Adria Ship Srl, the trading company that exclusively imports Elan and Impression sailing boats and Catana and Bali catamarans for Italy.
Connected with the sale of new boats is the brokerage of used boats throughout the country. Adria Ship's staff also provides financial and insurance consultancy for new boats and directs any bookings for charter holidays with the associated agency Barcando in the three bases located in Sicily, Campania and Sardinia .
Completing the range of services offered is the recently launched floating resort, where it will be possible to enjoy a special holiday on real floating houses with all comforts, surrounded by nature and the sea. The floating houses can be reached either with one's own boat or with an open boat provided by the resort.
