The Caneo's cuisine stands out for its zero-mile philosophy: fresh, seasonal produce comes directly from the Fossalon vegetable gardens, the fish comes from nearby fishing villages, while cheeses and cured meats are selected from small local producers. Each ingredient tells a story of the local area and authenticity.
The menu varies according to daily availability, respecting the seasonality and freshness of the produce.
