On Friday, 16 May, Luca David's restaurant La Dinette will host the most eagerly awaited gastronomic event of the spring!

8:00 p.m.

MENU:

  • Strisulis and asparagus, asparagus puffs, asparagus tempura, sardines and squid, asparagus mousse; paired with Ribella and La Bestia di Venchiarezza.
  • Shrimp and sea bass terrine, asparagus salad and potato wafer; paired with Ribolla Gialla from Ronco delle Betulle.
  • Green asparagus risotto, lime-marinated scallops and bottarga; paired with Friulano ‘Albero del Noce’ from Tarlao.
  • Spaghetti with asparagus alla carbonara (Ùs e sparcs); paired with Sauvignon ‘Teolis’ Murva by Renata Pizzulin.
  • Ombrina, ricotta cannoli and asparagus with hazelnuts; paired with Bianco (Friulano, Sauvignon, Riesling) by Borgo del Tiglio.
  • Baked ricotta soufflé with white chocolate cream, asparagus and strawberries; paired with Verduzzo secco by Anna Berra.
