Autumn Fires - an evening that will warm your heart

Restaurant Settimo Cielo invites you to celebrate the arrival of autumn with the enveloping aromas of the season revisited by the creativity of their Chef and Maître.
A special menu to celebrate the treasures of autumn: each dish is designed to warm the heart and delight the palate.
Make this an unforgettable evening by dressing in autumn colours and prepare to be overwhelmed by the colours and flavours of the ‘Autumn Fires’!

MENU:
- The Settimo Cielo Restaurant's welcome: salted asìno cheese mousse and pitina from Val Tramontina;
- The traditional Friulian "Toc in Braide" with black truffle;
- The pinched mezzelune with truffle and salted cheese sautéed in hazelnut butter on chestnut cream, venison ragout and burnt Illy coffee;
- The orange and Campari sorbet;
- The Rossini-style beef tournedos on mountain potato mousse and grilled mushroom variety;
- Delicacy of the Settimo Cielo: flambé with Pirus Nonino® Williams.

Boreto Mania!

Every Friday evening in October and November, Boreto Mania returns!
The Boreto a la graisana, is an ancient and unique dish, accompanied with polenta made with white maize, characterised by the simplicity of its ingredients: fresh fish, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and vinegar.
Dinner with tasting menu:
- Boreto de capelonghe (razor clams)
- Boreto de asià (spurdog)
- Boreto de rombo (turbot)
- Boreto de sepe (cuttlefish)
All dishes will be served with polenta.
