Carpaccio of sea bass on revisited tomato panzanella and Mediterranean scents
Shrimp emince with krenn fluff and steamed chestnuts
Marinated anchovies and drops of sea buckthorn (northern lemon)
Rice and prawns tone on tone.... red turnip risolatte with prawns and homemade yogurt
MAXI OCEAN PANINO to share and prepared with roasted octopus, buffalo ricotta cheese, eggplant cream, cherry tomatoes and basil
