Food and wine shops
The fish is the main ingredient in the enogastronomic panorama of the island, but also the agricultural products are an important piece of this mosaic of flavours that is the cuisine of Grado. In the areas of Boscat and Fossalon there are numerous farms that produce asparagus, fruit, vegetables and dairy products, while on the island you can find numerous shops where you can buy these tasty raw materials, as well as typical regional products, including cured meats and leading wines of the Friuli DOC.
