Every Saturday morning (from July 3) from 7.30 am at the Tivoli Beach Resort, you can start your day with a Yoga practice led by Miky , so you can take advantage of a practice suitable for everyone to bring your body, mind and spirit into balance.
Every Tuesday evening (from 14 July) at 19.30 you can book your place for a lesson looking at the sea, listening to the sound of the waves which is stronger for the breeze at that time. The hatha Flow is a sparkling style, it helps the mobility and fluidity of the body and then ends with a relaxation lying on the sand, breathing and improving the state of mind.
The sand allows the body to assume natural positions without straining the muscles as happens when practicing on hard surfaces and that's why you don't need to have a yoga mat with you but just a towel if you don't want to be in direct contact, with your back and belly, with the sand. Sand is also particularly useful for those who have back problems or, even more so, for those who have joint problems because it does not stress any muscles or joints leaving ample freedom of movement.
You don't have to practice for a long time to enjoy these healthy effects, especially if the environment is the right one: the sea and the beach are the ideal setting for yoga and increase its benefits.
