A food and wine event that, in the two autumn months, allows you to taste the dish that is the symbol of Grado's lagoon tradition, based on fish: Boreto. A simple, but tasty recipe that encapsulates the very history of the island of Grado. A dish unique in its kind for the simplicity of its ingredients and preparation, originally created by the fishermen of the lagoon and handed down from generation to generation. Proposed by the "Restaurants of the Castrum", it involves all the restaurants in the centre and in the lagoon.
