A food and wine event that, in the two autumn months of October and November, allows you to taste the dish that is the symbol of Grado's lagoon tradition, based on fish: Boreto. A simple but tasty recipe that encapsulates the very history of the Island of Grado. A unique dish in the simplicity of its ingredients and preparation, originally created by the fisherman of the lagoon and handed down from generation to generation. Proposed by the "Restaurants of the Castrum" (da Ovidio, De Toni, la Borsa, agli Artisti, Mandracchio, Canevon) it involves all the restaurants in the historical centre and in the lagoon.
