• Complete weight room: Oasi Gym is distinguished by its state-of-the-art weight room, equipped with isotonic and free-loading machines, dumbbells, barbells, and a wide range of cardio machines, both motorised and inertial. This variety of equipment makes it possible to meet the needs of every member, from beginners to experienced athletes, allowing each muscle group to be worked on with maximum effectiveness.
• Professional Personal Trainers: The weight room is constantly supervised by experienced trainers, ready to guide you in choosing the most suitable workout and charting a personalised course to reach your goals. With customised sessions and programming, available by appointment, the trainers will 'put wings on your feet', ensuring significant and lasting progress.
• Dynamic Group Classes: Oasi Gym offers a wide range of group classes, designed to suit all fitness levels and preferences. From free-body classes to improve mobility and elasticity, to high or moderate intensity functional training, through sports and recreational dances, each course is designed to improve balance and physical harmony, in a fun and motivating atmosphere.

SUP is short for Stand up paddle, a sport suitable for everyone that allows you to enjoy a walk on lakes, rivers or the sea and to train in the water while standing on a board and paddling. Born in Hawaii to transport people and things from one island to another, it landed in Italy a few years ago and in a short time the number of those who practice it has grown exponentially. In Grado you can find SUP courses, rentals and excursions organised by ASD Fairplay and ASD Kite Life Grado:

• SUP Experience on the GIT beach with ASD Kite Life Grado: Every day from 16 May to 12 September, from 09.00 to 19.00, book 1 hour course to learn basic SUP techniques; meet 200m east of the main entrance to the GIT beach, at the pedal boat, SUP, canoe rental. Grado is one of the very few spots where learning to kitesurf is child's play, as waves and currents do not exist and, thanks to the shallow sandy seabed and constant spring winds, we guarantee maximum safety and fun during your learning process. Kite Life FVG is specialised in teaching kitesurfing to children.

Topics covered during teaching activities :

• spot risk assessment
• wind direction;
• prevention of risks on land and at sea;
• equipment set-up;
• kite safety systems ;
• wind window and first flight with simulator (about 45 min)

--> KITE EXPERIENCE: Activity in which the participant  is involved in a theoretical lesson and a fun practical part with the use of a kite. Group course with a maximum of 4 people.

DURATION: 2 HOURS

PRICE: 110 € adults, 80 € under 14

TIMETABLE: from 2pm to 5pm (indicative)

--> FLY KITE: Activity in which the participant is involved in a theoretical part where he/she learns how to assemble the equipment, and a practical part with the use of a simulator (KITE EXPERIENCE). After that there will be the first approach with a traction kite hooked to a trapeze and you will learn how to control the kite in the sky in the wind window. Continuing with the learning phases we will carry out the first sliding of the body in the water and then learn useful techniques for the movement of the body in the water first without and then with the use of the board. Group course with a maximum of 2 people.

DURATION: 5 HOURS

PRICE: 275 € adults, 200 € under 14.

TIME: from 2pm to 5pm (indicative)

--> FULL COURSE KITESURF: Activity in which the participant is involved in a theoretical part of the lesson where he/she learns how to assemble the equipment, and a practical part with the use of a simulator (KITE EXPERIENCE). After that there will be the first approach with a traction kite hooked to a trapeze and you will learn how to control the kite in the sky in the wind window. Continuing with the learning phases we will carry out the first body glide in the water and then learn useful techniques for the movement of your body in the water first without and then with the use of the board. (FLY KITE). At this point we just have to learn how to put the board on our feet and try the first starts with the board and the kite. The fun is assured, the first meters are never forgotten, they remain etched in the memory. Group course with a maximum of 2 people.

--> WINGSURF: Wing surfing is a rapidly growing water sport that combines surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. It is a water sport that involves a windsurfing or paddleboard-like board and an inflatable support wing called a 'wing'. The wing is hand-held and acts like a sail that uses the force of the wind to propel the board through the water. 

BASIC: 3 hours, 200 €

ADVANCE (includes 1 hour of e-foil): 4 hours, 300 € 

--> E-FOIL: The eFoil is a type of electric surfboard that moves through the water thanks to an electric motor and a large hydrodynamic wing that sits underneath the board. The wing creates lift that lifts the board above the water, allowing the user to 'fly' above the surface of the water. Acceleration and control of the board is via a wireless remote control. The eFoil has become increasingly popular in recent years and is considered a fun and innovative way to experience water sport.
